CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES:

Appointments missed with no notification and less than 24 hours notice are considered forfeit and will require another payment to book a new reading. If for some reason you are unable to make your confirmed appointment, a minimum 24-hour advance notice is required. If you have to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice there will be a $50 fee to re-book a new session. Please email Megan at [email protected] with any questions.

In the unusual event that Megan is unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you will be re-booked as soon as possible or provided a full refund if you prefer.  All payments must be processed prior to scheduling an appointment.

By clicking the box before submitting payment you understand and agree that all payments/fees are refundable up to 24 hours after the start time of your completed session with no questions asked. Refunds requested more than 24 hours after a completed appointment will not be provided under any circumstance.

The Yellow Iris, LLC offers holistic therapies and non-traditional interventions through the practice of Reiki. Reiki can be both a hands-on or virtual method of energy balancing to promote health and wellness, enhance relaxation, and reduce pain. Megan is a trained and certified Reiki practitioner and is not a massage therapist, chiropractic doctor, registered nurse, registered dietician, or medical doctor. By booking a session with Megan, you are agreeing that you understand that Megan is not qualified to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or assess any disease, disorder, or condition, and is not qualified to prescribe medication or dietary alternatives. By booking a session with Megan, you are agreeing that you understand that holistic therapy interventions are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications and that it is recommended that you concurrently work with my primary healthcare provider for any condition you may have. By booking a session with Megan, you are also agreeing to inform her of all known physical and medical conditions and will keep her updated on any changes. You also agree that you will notify the practitioner should you become pregnant or are trying to become pregnant.

By booking a session with Megan, you agree that you understand that there are no adverse effects or risks related to Reiki and acknowledge that you may feel a slight change in temperature or tingling in areas throughout the session. Some people also may experience shaking. By booking a session with Megan, you agree that you understand that you can discontinue a session at any time for any reason.
